The Court will Confirm the Arbitral Award..and Nokia will be under Court Contempt..If they do not furnish IDCC with audited covered sales and remit..including past interest.


Talking about paying, when will someone get around to adding up Nokia's bill?

By my count, they should owe close to $400 million, including lost discounts, additional interest, and statutory interest.

When you contemplate IDCC with over $500 ml in the bank and close to $10 cash per share on a 20$ stock it is obvious what the management means when they say they have to adress "capital structure" of the company. Poison pill or not a stock that has hordes of cash has a delima to either invest that money into something that will produce earnings and ROI or dividend it back to the shareholders. Or be bought.
