Since SKTO was Caveat Emptor and had not filed anything for some years, their financials will not upload immediately. They will be reviewed because of them not filing for such a long period of time. If you think about it, it only makes sense. They will first be reviewed per what Brandon told me at OTC Markets when I called him.

He then informed me that it "could" take up to "3 to 5" business days although could be sooner.After SKTO obtains OTC Markets Current Information Status, then their future filings will be uploaded into their database immediately. He also informed me that they do not check for the content of all of what is being filed, but that they just make sure all of the proper forms are there and in the right format.

With that particular email from SMC, he is not asking the question correctly and that is why he got the answer he is posting. Please, anyone wanting to verify what I explained above, just pick up the phone and ask Brandon directly to hear it from his mouth at 212-896-4489.
