I too feel that a group investor letter is unnecessary at this point. Other than some great PR's and some big volume days nothing new to address has surfaced since the conference call.

On 10/31/2005 - Audit Update Frank said the audit will be available for viewing within the coming weeks. Agreed this is typically ambiguous of Frank but nevertheless I understood it to mean they need more time to dot the i's, cross the t's and follow whatever process is necessary for them to release.

Your previous letter, I think, addressed investor sentiment, was well written and obviously noted amongst QBID management. Even if I am with the minority thinking I believe your previous letter is sufficient for now.
