zandant that's one perspective and a valid one. There's also other perspectives. I don't believe Frank did destroy the company from an investor perspective. First of all we know that Frank has been at this effort, a network launch, with no success for 8 years? Maybe more? Well from that we can conclude 'all his attempts' cost money and that money has a payback price. So that's one cost that didn't have revenues attached to it and it went on for a VERY LONG TIME until he finally got a break last year with Rubenstein/Rasenberger combo and got some REAL carriage. All those years prior to that were just a MAJOR EXPENSE to this company and therefore us. Now this is where my perspective changes and my optimism for QBID kicks in. Since last quarter of last year Frank has rocketed QTN to notoriety...NAMEBRANDED IT. And as a result also since last year he's successfully launched in 14 locations, 10 since August and on 4 carriers. Now we find ourselves in Australia. And we know he's syndicating to Canada (Queer Edge). He's expanded the programs and he continues to hire. His guest quality has elevated to new levels. Frank NOW HAS THE OPPORTUNITY to bring in revenues. And the potential for some HUGE revenues with subscriptions and advertisers and syndication. While I hear you on the pps and the dilution I think even with a r/s (which Frank says he won't do) this stock could turn healthy. I don't want it. I'd rather take the chances but if he did r/s with the revenue potential out there I think the pps stands a chance. That's my analysis and why I continue to take the risk with QBID. There's a 22mil GLBT end user market out there and who knows how many if he syndicates any of his programs to the regular cable networks...and who knows how far he'll take us internationally to add MORE SUBSCRIBERS/ADVERTISERS/SYNDICATION. So at this price level QBID to me still has potential....and I really have to disagree with you that he destroyed the company. With a r/s to make the stock healthy and the potential for subscribers/advertisers/syndication revenues this to me is still a good investment opportunity of course if he gets off the pinks. I'm not for the r/s but worse case scenario if it happens I still see major opportunities for this stock....
just my opinion zandant...
