I think your both right, All miners are letting the gold and silver markets determine their prices. It's just the way it is. Miners need to step up and maybe even shut down for a maintenance re vamp or take a few pages out of big oils handbook.
Silver is golds road kill right now, as we have seen last few days.And The Goldmen have taken down the men of gold. Nobody is picking up the lows right now. MMs and retail don't count.
Miners need to take a stand and quit being pussycats.
