TD Ameritrade is famous for that crap! I have heard numerous complaints about them.

No problems getting EXTM shares with all the other stock companies. Can buy EXMT easily.

Broker said because EXMT have Restrictions on Share Transfers

TDAMERITRADE use to use penson and they will not sell pennies without large fees paid but etrade is self clearing $EXMT$
