I've been through this once before with CRWV. If and when Shiva decides to merge the TIVUS shell into a new company, then we become that new company. Another company may "buy" the shell as well and change symbol.

If nothing happens on his end for a long time then the company dissolves and you have to fill out a "worthless securities" form. The brokerage then gets rid of the shares so you can write it off on your taxes. Some brokerages charge for this service. I still hold 3 million of TIVU. Sitting and waiting.
