I saw that video and I agree I think it does have to do with INO. I say this because INO is presenting at the Biocentury conference coming up April 5th Friday. Also INO expects to publish its phase 1 HIV in medical journal before then possibly. Good times are coming for INO. The buy from insiders and the 2 new funds that bought in has me optimistic that INO will skyrocket soon!
