Nope not correct if you understand what is means then you would know I am correct those are share held by the public including lenders. The shares that the company still hold are not counted in that number if the lender had another 1.3 billion share the os would be 5 billion not 3.7 billion so get the facts correct or keep quiet. It's ok to say you don't know the answer. The info that I have provided is fact. See that the main reason no one trusts what you say. When giving advise please give the fact not what you think.
