LOL, here's some info from Amarant themselves.

"Amarant acquired an 85% interest in the Altos de Lipangue project from Medinah Minerals S.A. Lipangue in 2012 "

Note "acquired".
Note no "subject to".

They don't own the claims, just an 85% interest in them.

I'm not holding my breath for them paying $180 million for the last 15%.
