According to the start date posted by a memeber of the board it should end Tuesday or Wednesday.

There are clearly a lot of arguments being put. When the case is finished it is extremly unlikely that the judge will give an instant decision and most likely that he will reserve judgement. His rendering judgement could take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months and the parties will be notified accordingly. Who ever looses is very likey to appeal so it will carry on for another year.
