the problem here with you is that, when you said this TURD BW IS NOT DILUTING AS MUCH AS BEFORE, it sounds like, it as a good SIGN, good intention from him.

Dilution was way out of control in the past, but he may be trying to fix that and he may not. This first qtr 2013 is pretty key to that conclusion (that an clarification of the 500M preferreds)

That isn't accurate. Dilution is equity financing until LOC can be obtained. Dilution is supposed to happen, but when it rises faster than the bottomline, the PPS trends south, creating a death spiral...that's exactly where BW was headed in the past (and may still be). But when the bottomline increases faster than the dilution rate, the PPS will trend north. Believe it or not, no dilution also means company isn't growing...and that is not good either.

Sure my thoughts are I'm not sure like you are of anything. If the last 6 months of 2012 continues, we'll be good, but without audited fins, it could still crumple on a dime. I don't think it is a scam. Product is in Walmart...the chances of any long here accepting your judgement on a scam is just about nil. But SS is a different thing. Is BW taking advantage of investors? Yes, he could be, but this qtr will pretty much tell that, I think. We'll see what dilution arises and pair that against sales, even unaudited ones are better than none to most longs.
