It is my personal belief that they will be holding off on any substantial news until after the feds weigh in on the legalization issue.

From a psychological standpoint it makes sense to save the big guns for after the feds response, in the event that the news from the Feds is not good.

In other words as a way of cushioning the blow of any selloff if the news from the feds is less than desirable.

This is just my thinking across-the-board for the tickers in the marijuana sector at this time.
