Says the guy who created his profile less than a week ago and has nothing but negative posts in two different biotech companies, one of which is BMSN. People don't address Investorstemcell because the majority of his "points" have been blatantly wrong. The 30 day rule is on the FDA site.

"Once the IND is submitted, the sponsor must wait 30 calendar days before initiating any clinical trials. During this time, FDA has an opportunity to review the IND for safety to assure that research subjects will not be subjected to unreasonable risk."
