Yea, but then what happens when everyone who invested calls the news agencies who featured MJNA and touted them as a good investment into marijuana? You think after all that exposure they can successful do that? Who is going to buy shares in the "new shell company" after CBS, Fox, and the AP feature stories pointing out the fraud. It's not so easy to run a successful securities fraud.

I don't know what anyone's intentions were when they started MJNA, but all the exposure has put them in a position where MJNA is all they have ... and that isn't such a bad thing, since they have done such a good job expanding the company.
