Yeah, they generally release when they say they will. If it is planned, and not opportunistic, then it is not manipulation. I dont live in fantasy land. I know that most news on stocks is out there to sway to the buy or the sell side, but you should not expect officers of companies to act in the same manner. Their word should be as good as gold.
