#3698 RE: Serael #3694

Here is an opinion,
I almost posted on AAPT tonight, but it seems as if they have enough problems: I will post it here though, since I took the time to write it:

I almost get the feeling AAPT is only putting the product out on shelves at Wal-mart to appease investors. I doubt there is much product, just like there was very little Pawtizer at the TJMAX stores, but have product on shelves sure did get investors excited to buy more shares. AAPT is hoping product in Walmart will get investors to buy more shares also.

Is it possible that AAPT is using the same tactics again?
How many bars have actually been ordered or shipped? Do we know? How much does AAPT make on each bar, and how much does it cost to make each bar? How much money can they be making?

We do know that Walmart is selling the bars at $1.19- Let's assume a 50% markup. Then AAPT is getting about 60 cents per bar.

AAPT says they will be on shelves at 1000 stores. ( I doubt it, but will go with it anyway.) Maybe 12 boxes (4 boxes of a dozen of each kind, per store) so 144 bars in 1000 store 144000 bars in Walmart. Ok, x .60 Maybe the order--generously is $86,400. But after figuring in cost of materials and making the bars at KSU (yes that is where they are made) and paying for packaging materials and labor I doubt they make more that 25 cents a bar. Probably less -- 144000 times .25 equals $36,000.

Lets consider rent on a warehouse and office in California and all those other expenses and lawyers to sue Eric, and accountants to help with filings *due in one month, and travel expenses back and forth from California to Kansas, and Florida this coming week. Etc...

For your sakes, I sure hope they start getting a whole lot more orders!

I know some wish I would go away.. Sometimes I wish I could also. Anyone reading my past posts would wonder Why I am still here after being married to AAPT for most a year. But to be honest, and I am honest, I just don't want any Newbies, like I was, to be taken in and lose their money to the management of AAPT who does NOT care about shareholders.

They are not going to buy the building. They have no money, except what shareholders give them--and then it disappears quickly. They are not going to pay the lawsuits from past employees, They are not going to pay the prize money they owe, and I don't know where they will get money to pay suppliers if the get more orders.

Unique and interesting product-messed up company. GLTU.
