I think an organic farmers market type setting will keep small time growers alive.... In maine this year If our farm only grew romanesco cauliflower we could have made lots of $$ at farmers markets. Grew too little and sold out real quick every time!

I have my card, and i have my patients that allow my extra plants. and I sell to my patient. After that. its out of my hands. But when it is in my hands, it is legal. 100%


and there will be no market fallout. It requires an amazing skill set to get quality product, while being able to get the quantity to make it worth doing.

When I first started, i got 7 ounces my first crop...thats what start ups experience. failure. most quit. it takes years to be able to acquire the skill to do it right, theres colleges for it for a reason.
