Now he (SEO) sees ERHE will come into some oil but needs financing.
IMHO SEO is hoping that ERHC will find commercial oil sometime...somewhere. IMHO he is willing to take a gamble after analyzing whatever info ERHC personnel is providing him. IMHO he knows he is taking a risk but the other option is throwing in the towel.
So I have no problem thinking that he will make sure that ERHC has the funds...but he wants to get as much of other peoples money as possible before adding whatever is still needed. That makes sense to me. I would probably do the same.
Still, I would guess that he (and everyone else) knows that this is not a sure thing. Much luck is needed...as it is with most all wildcat drillings.
I would guess that many here are focused on the potential of a quick pop if the offering is successful...and will grab any profits...and then decide whether to reinvest at a lower price again...and then rinse and repeat. Will this be a traders stock...or an investment stock?
