I doubt that is the case about no cash. They did say that they can put out development via Facebook. Why pay $600 to $1000 to put a PR out if it is not really big news? Flippers would love that PR bliss but pps will fall back if it's just a pump.

I like that they preserve cash and not pumping the stock. But I sure hope they have big news to push this up and stay up soon.
