The company was also issued a new Cusip number at that time. The new cusip number for EMAX Worldwide, Inc. is 29078Y 20-0 was issued June 2009
So remember folks, the next step we will hear is that the CUSIP is approved, which will again mean nothing, as FINRA will not allow securities to be sold under this new CUSIP, just like last time!
