Thanks Balance. That's good news, especially if the PSCs are signed this week.

Since the August 10 JDA press release didn't say anything about the Council's approval I was a bit nervouse that they'd hold up the show again.

Hopeful for news this week or next.

What I heard today confirms this. Both blocks 2 and 3 to be signed next week and a possible short delay on block 4 while Addax meets with the minority interests in the block and discusses these meetings with the JDA. It looks like the blockages in 2 and 3 have been cleared, but there is always some haggling near the end. Addax is working hard to get the minority interests dealt with in 4 and hopefully everyone will approve what comes out. Having the turkey would be good. I can wait on the stuffing.
