What if Judge Sanders was inconsistent in his rulings, if he ruled in favor of IDCC in one claim and against IDCC in another claim and thus showed he was not up to understanding the technology involved? Wouldn't that caused the rulings to be reviewed? I am not saying that this happened but what if it did happened.
