But they did put out misleading news on many occasions, and the SEC isn't wrong.

The lies about a JV with Kinross alone should have told you that.

SRGE can't even produce a proper attorney letter, so the chances of them preparing the necessary filings to persuade a MM to sponsor them are precisely nil.

They lied. There is no "fixing" for SRGE.
