First off I have never called the company. I have sent emails with suggestions by never expected to receive an answer. This company is extremely careful how they deal with investors. As for reports I will say it again and continue to say it as long as you are saying otherwise. The reports you have seen is for something that happened 6 months ago. Talk to you in a month or two. You keep thinking they are losing money when they are investing in the future of everyone who owns their stock. The money spent has made them the best and the money spent in the future will keep them there. Hold what you own and get small lots as cheaply as you can.
