"market maker" or "money maker" are the MM's who can buy lots of stock at cheap prices, hold on to them until price rises, then sell lots of stock at profit, driving price back down, only to buy back in once all their shares have lowered price to where the stock began.

LOTS of shares traded in LVVV over last month.

Dividend may be company way to have garnered attention to their product and potential investors for future public offerings.

Price this low, the number of additional shares from dividend will be minuscule, imho
