Whiplash, the DOJ throws everything at you when they indict. The mutts didn't make any where near $100m and whatever they made they spent.
They hooked up a few friends, including Furth with cheapies and those were sold into the market for some fat cash.

This was a run of the mill penny scam writ large.

What you need to prove are the shennanigans of the MM's.
