All banks refused the procedure. ABAT has sent written confirmation of this to Nasdaq. Then Nasdaq wanted to perform the procedure at the local branches. But at that point the CFO was fed up and had already resigned.
Nasdaq is a dangerous organization and should be thoroughly investigated by the SEC.
