Shorts who have yet to cover here are playing with fire IMO. PEIX went through BK during this 5 year time span, correct? So, obviously the 5 year trend is downward. Anyone can see a bottom has formed in the .30 range. PEIX has had positive news over the past month or so. As I understand it, the new tax relief bill passed yesterday includes 3 tax credits for ethanol producers. And, if corn prices trend downward as foreign corn surpluses are imported, ethanol production could become profitable in the very future.

IMO the upside potential here far outweighs the downside.
