First off, this guy is a blogger not a writer for anyone. Second, at the top of his post it says: "about stocks: MJNA.PK". You can think this is true but it is not. The trial actually already started, and it resumes January 5th. Llmas (former CEO of MJNA) is the guy that is in trouble and showing up to court. Again, Perlowin did business with him so some assume he is also in trouble, which he is not.
First sentence reads: The Nevada Bank Activities Reform Commission is Investigating HEMP Inc. and (MJNA) for money laundering.
Then in the article, he never proves his statements, or provide any proof that they are getting investigated on.
Then under that first sentence he just jumbled up a bunch of PR reports from Hemp Inc., and ends his report by saying he will take a short term in MJNA., even though they're supposedly involved in money laundering.
Also you got to realize that Seeking Alpha is just an opinionated site:
