Because almost everyone would avoid a stock that has flatlined for sometime at trip zero one. RS it and propell the share price up to a few pennies. More attractive and a bright shiney lure for new "Investors". Throw some paid promotions in there and look at it run... For a short enough time to dump shares for a tidy profit and new members in the bagholders club. Rinse and repeat. But, due to the fact we are kept in the dark, this is pure fiction. Fr all we know, Slick Willy, the boy genius and business leader, is working on a wonderful deal that will shoot this pps to $0.05 and we all fall out of our seat. Go MMTE. Pappa needs some pie!
