There needs to be a PR this week, after Christmas. They've kept shareholders in the dark for too long. At the minimum, they need to formally announce the spin-off with the payout date. As of right now, Etrade doesn't know when the payout date is (not really the question I asked them). After the shares are distributed, then they will be able to update with operations (ie. pump PR as some like to call it).
