BGL never actually owned Cinco Minas. They were in a JV with MSJ (who owned Cinco Minas at that time) in which they were to receive a 60% ownership in MSJ and Cinco Minas. However MSJ claimed BGL defaulted on the contract and terminated the JV and BGL got NOTHING. The titles on BGL's website that BGL claims are theirs are in MSJ's name. BGL has never and will never own Cinco Minas
