Yup, I truly believe SRGE new counsel should go after those that are trying to damage the company and their shareholders. I've sent several e-mails expressing this to Mr. Davies. Many violations have been broken which are privacy/confidential, & defamation just to name a few. All should be held accountable!

Except, what I see here is misuse of a confidential correspondence that could implicate Magna for no good reason.

For heaven's sake. Evidently Manuel sent it to a number of people; that's why he sent it to himself and bcc'd the real recipients.

Nothing very confidential about that.
