Low float with 9.6M shares had retraced some from recent run up on news of inking a contract that would render the company profitable on it's new touch screen, nano tech, thin film technology. The news of the suit hit BH and accelerated the retrace. Company released an aggressive PR response shortly after 3pm that is will fight the suit vigorously. I think this one is over sold here. Some heavy hitter investors detailed in the SA article. I confirmed them on the SEC.gov site.

I like everything I can find on this one so far and will be buying tomorrow. This sell off was way over done and I expect a bounce.
