It make sense... $460 + ($511*20%*50% say only obtain 50% value of the remaining 20% asset) - [376 + 8.5*3 (3 half months debt) ](correct me if the debt is higher) -50 DIP divided by 314 shares = I got about $0.19 left for share holder.
