This is true, but I'm more concerned about the audit than anything. If things go smoothly, there is no reason MJNA won't be trading on the NASDAQ sooner than later.
You dont think that having a dedicated mm that works for mjna will help. I was thinking they would immediatlety buy the cheap shares, or the 1 share trades that they use to drop the price, then sell them for the higher ask. Your thoughts on what it means to have a dedicated mm working for the company.
