Exactly!!!They killed stock with shorting since last year maybe more and made good very good money..Now in OTC short sell is not easy and not for everyone because over the counter hard to barrow...
This is exactly what I am thinking why they gave up appealing and delist from Nasdaq. I wonder if the institution trading involved, it will be much easier and less restriction in OTC than on NASDAQ. See all the trading exchange from left hand to right hand ?
