Old news, not sure it was a bonus, rather payment for work done.

old news? that bonus was not noted anywhere in the previous quarterly. And the quarterly SPECIFICALLY called it a bonus.

Plenty of other shares issued for various thing over the past 9 months. It's all in the quarterly that was filed today.

As you suggested to me - read the quarterly.
