If I'm finally understanding this, I think $30MM + running royalties from filing of the case until now + future royalties sounds good to me. I hope that's the case.

Judge should be confirming this tomorrow and I would think the 3.5% will stand thus 30m and running royalty from September 2011 market will react when confirmed.
