IMO, they need to bolster the strength of the pps before they do a R/S.

A pump might be coming soon and coupled with some sort of positive news.

We'll just have to wait and see especially in these next two weeks leading up to the release of the Q3 financial report.

If they couldn't continue paying their lawyers, then what does that tell us about the likelihood of any Q3 profits?
