That is most helpful...thanks Corp_Buyer. FYI, Microsoft and others have aggressively sold puts on company stock in the past. If the board approves buyback, selling puts is basically the same thing. They are agreeing to buy on dips and getting paid for it. Nothing wrong with it, IMO. If you think/find otherwise, please let me know. BTW, I own at least 2,000 dollars worth of the common.
