Seriously who cares why it was done then and not now. When it was written in May he was still the CEO and officer until he signed that paper therefore the 8K.
Once that paper was signed he ceased being CEO and an officer and just an employee therefore no 8K required in the future.
If it was done any other way the debate would still rage on in that regard.
