If they do win, Google will have patents re-examined, and because of how old they are and how they weren't used by Lang, its likely status will change and damages will be 0.

I read somewhere that the US patent office already denied Google's attempt to do that.

Wow thanks who needs to spend money on lawyers etc and bother with things like VRNG vs Goog when they can just hire you as an "Intuitive into legal outcomes" Im sure you wouldnt charge as much so seems like a no brainer to me.
