I doubt any creditor of IBCL, would allow the company to transfer any value or monetary consideration away (Joint Venture or otherwise) without the creditors claim being satisfied. Especially, when there are judgements outstanding that IBCL is appealing.
On another note, should we assume that if IBCL is willing to accept (500 + 500)from Nova for the patents etc, isn't that significantly less valuable to IBCL shareholders than where they started. Nova is IBCL (same tiger with different stripes)
as the players are the same and IBCL essentially birthed Nova. The major difference is the dilution of ownership to long time shareholders.
