So i did a little dd myself on patents. Seems like Donald was spot on with the 9 month max time. Applied april 20 2010. From what i see it takes about 40 or so months especially with similar technology. I mean it could be sooner but thats what i found. I want a dollar tomorrow, but if it takes 9 months so be it.
