I respectfully disagree. I don't think you will see any royalty payments to IBCL from Nova for use of patents, etc., at least not any that will put cash in IBCL. I would guess that TM has all kinds of accruals on the Balance Sheet which show IBCL oweing him money and he could apply royalties against these amounts and pocket the cash, legally I might add.
