It's all going to come down to the marketing agreement IBCL sets up with them. It looks like TM will have the voting power to implement this revese merger. Once done, he will have the option of continued dilution of NOVA for future funding - funding for sales efforts, which will provide some sort of royalties to IBCL. I hope we see something in the Q.
