Not true, my friend. Tom has released Shareholder Updates after hours and also PR's, I believe.

RFMK has never released a 10K either. I'm just guessing with such an important document being released for the first time, that any announcement about the 10K being viewable would take place after hours to allow investors sufficient time to read through the document very carefully and digest the information at their leisure.

Then other news that is relatively straight forward and easy to understand would be released pre-market or during market hours.

Just my two cents worth.
