Common sense would dictate that ERICY delay this trial as long as possible, but I think the new judge, Ms. Aggressive and Fine wont put up with that.
Isn't it amazing how 100 share orders can knock the price down. It's like the shorts send it down on 10 100s, then bang CINCY with 2500 when the sellers show up. Not a bad strategy. Net net they always appear to win.
